Has anyone tried making rumaki? You know, those delicious chicken livers wrapped in bacon. I’m thinking of smoking them this time. Any recipes or suggestions to share?

I’d suggest seasoning them with your favorite rub. Or try stuffing the livers with a bit of cream cheese and jalapeño, then wrap them in bacon for an extra kick
