I’m on the hunt for a great hot dog recipe that uses all-natural casings. I’m aiming for something similar to Muckies, Hummel, or Sabrett. I don’t mind if the recipe includes pork or is all-beef, as I’ve enjoyed both types. Most of my memorable hot dog experiences have been in New England, particularly Connecticut, but it’s tough to find hot dogs with natural casings in the South. The only ingredient I have so far is sheep casings, which are essential. Can anyone share a tried-and-true recipe?
